Is Career Coaching for You?

You may know that something in your career needs to change, but not yet know what the right next move is. Perhaps you’ve outgrown your current role, relocated, returned after a break, or simply reached a point where success on paper no longer feels like enough.

Career coaching helps you understand what you genuinely want next by looking closely at your strengths, values, motivations and the patterns that shape your career decisions. Together, we explore possible directions, test assumptions, identify people and opportunities in your network, and turn reflection into practical action.

The aim is not to hand you a ready-made answer, but to help you leave with greater clarity about what fits you, stronger confidence in your choices, and a realistic plan for what to do next. Based in Dubai and working with clients globally, I offer career coaching in English, German and Polish.

What to Expect from the Process

How it starts

We begin with a complimentary introductory session — a chance to get to know each other, explore what brings you to coaching and see whether working together feels like the right fit. I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions and discuss what might best support you.

How it continues

Depending on what you’re looking for, we can work together through individual 1:1 coaching sessions or my Career Reinvention Programme — a six-session package designed for those who want to explore their next career direction in greater depth.

The programme combines self-reflection with practical career exploration, helping you understand your strengths and values, explore possible directions, activate your network and turn your insights into concrete next steps.

What I Offer (and What I Ask of You)

  1. Authenticity

Transitions only become truly meaningful when they’re rooted in who you are. I believe in listening to your heart — not just the expectations of others. If you’re ready to tune in to your own truth, we’ll work well together. If you’re only looking for external validation or a checklist of what to do next, I might not be the right coach for you.

  1. Honesty

I will always hold a safe space for you, but I won’t sugarcoat or tiptoe. Expect challenging, thought-provoking questions that may feel uncomfortable — but they’ll move you forward.

  1. Presence

When I coach, I’m fully present — with deep focus, active listening, and full attention on you. I ask the same in return. If coaching is just another task on your to-do list, you likely won’t get much from the experience. But if you show up ready to engage, the possibilities are powerful.
