About Me

I’m Kinga Malec — a career transition coach, global citizen and someone who’s been through more life pivots than most people pack into a lifetime.

At 18, I left my home country to study in Vienna, setting off a lifelong pattern of international moves, career changes and bold decisions. From Europe to the Middle East, I built a successful career in commercial real estate and climbed the corporate ladder — while navigating the personal and professional changes that come with crossing cultures, industries and borders.

About Me

I’m Kinga Malec — a career transition coach, global citizen, and someone who’s been through more life pivots than most people pack into a lifetime.

At 18, I left my home country to study in Vienna, setting off a lifelong pattern of international moves, career changes, and bold decisions. From Europe to the Middle East, I’ve built a dynamic career in commercial real estate and climbed the corporate ladder — all while navigating the personal and professional changes that come with crossing cultures, industries, and borders.

My path hasn’t always been linear. I’ve lived and worked across multiple countries, adapted to very different environments and reinvented myself more than once. What I’ve learned is that career transitions can be uncomfortable — but they can also create the space to question what still fits and explore what could come next.

Throughout my own career, I’ve worked with coaches during pivotal transitions. Their support helped me see blind spots, clarify what I really wanted and make difficult decisions with greater confidence. Eventually, it made me ask a different question: What if I could help others do the same?

I pursued professional coach training and in 2025 earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Today, based in Dubai, I work with clients around the world who are navigating their own career decisions and transitions.

Whether you’re questioning your next move, seeking more meaning in your work or simply know that something needs to change, career coaching can help you make sense of where you are, explore what could come next and turn that clarity into realistic action. Coaching is available in English, German and Polish.

I bring business experience, cross-cultural perspective and empathy to my coaching — but also lived experience. I know what it’s like to question a path that looks perfectly good on paper and what it takes to choose something that fits you better.
